It was still colder than I'd prefer, but not windy today. I got in a 3 mile walk. My pilates was a stretch and relax session--which felt especially great tonight!

60 minutes on the stationary bike.  I would have quit sooner, but I'm in the middle of an Agatha Christie.  :)  I keep a book next to the bike that I allow myself to read only if I'm peddling.  It's the motivation I need to keep going.
