I slept all of two hours last night and then had to run out the door for a doctor's appointment scheduled for 9:00. So, it wasn't a banner morning for exercise.

I walked just about two miles, then did one of Leslie Sansone's 20- minute fat burn videos. I have lots of work to accomplish today, but plan to do another short cardio video on my afternoon break and then ride the stationary bike after work. If I still need steps after that, I will try to talk the dog into taking me for a walk after dinner.

The orthopedist wants me to add daily strength exercises, so I will need to figure out where those for into my routine.

30 minute DDPY workout and then I walked 3 miles with a friend in the woods along a lighted ski trail...that they opened up with the lights on due to covid.   Missed the treadmill but that is ok.

That's awesome! I only did one mile and am exhausted, lol! Hayden kicked my butt today in DDPY, and my allergies are bad which makes me tired and grumpy.

But I now have officially a "perfect month" with all rings closed every day of November on my Apple Watch!

I did some walking but that’s all.

daily photo highlights ... a very shy spider who hid behind a stick when I tried to take its photo.

And a big almost full moon that looks way less impressive on an iPhone camera than in real life 🌕

It finally rained, so I was able to put in 60 minutes on the stationary bike.  I know that sounds backward. 😉  I have RA and my ability to move well is very much affected by the barometric pressure.  I can usually feel rain coming 48 hours in advance.  I've had RA for 14 years now, so I've learned my limitations.  And exercising when the barometer is dropping is not a good idea.

I've only just realized that my mood/depression is totally linked to barometric pressure. The body is amazing.
