TravelingChris Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 We are Alabama fans and like all the other Alabama games this year, lots of social distancing at the stadium and only 20% of seats were allowed to be occupied. It looked like they were following rules. Then, during breaks and after AL beat Auburn, we were watching MS state versus Ole Miss. That was at the Ole Miss stadium and it looked packed. Can you all guess where there will be another giant COVID outbreak??? It was suo bad in MS that even my dd2's MIL, who thinks a lot of Covid stuff is dumb, thought that the stadium crowding was dumb too.. Quote
Katy Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 There was a game a few weeks back, I think maybe Oklahoma/OSU, that was so bad DH came running up from the basement and asked to change it from whatever movie the kids were watching at the time. He’d heard some comment or text that the stadium was packed and he had to see it himself. I know people make many dumb decisions about sports, but games like that might take the cake. Quote
lmrich Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Well... I was fooled when watching the Michigan State v Northwestern game. I could not believe that all the fans were all congregated in a tight spot and zero masks!! Then I realized that those fans were cardboard cut-outs. 3 Quote
YaelAldrich Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Each game is totally different. It's so nuts. We were flipping through today and noticing the differences. 1 Quote
