purpleowl Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Morning! I walked 2 miles and did arm work. 2 Quote
Ditto Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 1 1/2 mile power walk with weights completed. 2 Quote
YaelAldrich Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 2.78 miles on the elliptical. Feeling blah today. But I got my miles in. 3 Quote
ktgrok Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Did a 1 mile workout with Leslie Sansone. Heart rate up into the 140s, those things can really get me moving! Going to do yoga later, trying to figure out which workout I want to do. Either a longer one with more twisting/hip opening (my SI joint is bugging me) or the slightly shorter but more strength building one. Or the 45 minute strength building one. 3 Quote
historically accurate Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Did a cold-ish walk (low 40s) around the neighborhood after school was done for the day. Very sunny and not as crazy-windy as it's been lately. 2 Quote
Ausmumof3 Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Oops I posted in the old thread. I did my 20 minutes last night. 3 Quote
Ottakee Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 I got in my 1.5 mile loop in the cold, wind, and clouds. I also did a 30 minute interval yoga DDPY workout this morning 3 Quote

I can't quite keep up, esp the push ups....but every time I do it I am seeing miniscule improvements. Like I can go from down dog to plank to on the mat without falling and collapsing. It still isn't pretty but better. I am down 35+ pounds...with another 35 to go. 3 Quote
Ali in OR Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 Took the dog around the block at lunch. Took the dog around the block after school and also went up to mailbox and back. I'm saying that's a mile (didn't measure it). 2 Quote
Junie Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 I missed yesterday but was able to put in 60 minutes on the exercise bike tonight while I finished an Agatha Christie mystery. :) 2 Quote
Jenny in Florida Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 It was a nice morning today, and I would have happily walked longer if not for a skittish canine companion and a looming work deadline. As it was, I made 1.35 miles outside, then did a little over 30 minutes of video-based cardio. I didn't get on the stationary bike until just a little while ago, but I made my 30 minutes for the day. 4 Quote

Yeah - I can't do the pushups either. But the first time, he'd do 10 regular pushups and I'd do maybe 3 modified on my knees. Now I can do all 10 the first time (still on my knees) and most of them the rest of the time. So definitely seeing improvement! I haven't done one of his in a bit...think I'll do one today - thanks for the inspiration. His always get my heart rate roaring and he's SO encouraging. And. well....cute to look at and has that cute accent, lol. Quote
