I was wondering how the rhymes would look once we hit the teens! 😂

Walked two miles and did arm work. Minimal arm work because I have an outdoor socially distant breakfast date with friends that I need to get to! 😁

Taking a break from my whining about the meaning of life to report in here:

I walked my first official, timed (virtual, socially distanced) 5K this morning and posted a better time than I had thought I would.

Then I walked an extra mile for cool-down and to count as my 20-in-20 mile for today. (I have a personal policy of not counting miles walked or biked for more than one challenge or event.)

I plan to do today's stationary biking later in the day.

1.1 mile loop with dog; then 2 miles on elliptical to "make up" for Thursday when I was unable to rouse myself off my butt.

1 1/2 mile power walk with weights completed!

I'm impressed with this.  I have strap-on weights that I use at home, but have never take them out. Do you wear them on your arms, or around your ankles?

Here it is day 14 and I’ve only gotten one day in.  Don’t think I’ll make the goal.  The days are filled and go so fast.  I thought I was only a day or two behind until I saw the title of this post.  It really is the middle of November and not the beginning.  Seems like Halloween was just yesterday.

13 here today, which brings me to 110.35 for the week!

That's inspiring, Margaret! I am seriously, seriously impressed with your mileage!

I really, really, really didn't want to do my mile after I spent the entire morning fleshing out DD's biology class. It took a lot more out of me than I thought I would as I bought Friendly Biology and then realized there aren't any labs in the whole second half of the program (ERGH!). And it started raining in the afternoon here, so I got on the exercise bike (with a very bad attitude) and did it. It worked well once I got started though, especially since I started a good book yesterday and I could read it while biking (The Bookshop on the Shore).

I just hold them.

Well, make today day 1, and you can still do 20 in 20, it just won't line up with OUR 20 in 20! You can do this!

Would it help to fit it in if you did the Walk at Home videos on youtube? There are a bunch that are only 15 minutes, and labeled as 1 Mile. For me, it is much easier to convince myself I have time when I KNOW it will only be 15 minutes, and I don't have to worry about weather, if I need to take the dogs or not, etc.

Heck, half the time I start dinner then turn on the video - which means sometimes part of the video I'm walking to the kitchen to flip something over or take something out of the oven! I figure, I'm still walking so it counts. This one is one of my favorites:

forgot to log this one with y'all! Did a mile outside with my daughters and the dogs, pushing the stroller. SO glad I brought bug spray with us because dusk fell as we were on our way back and the mosquitoes were FIERCE! Thought I was being attacked by bats! Had to stop and apply and then hurry home.

Forgot to log this-  instead of normal exercise I did something different.  It is time to winterize the trailer so my exercise was scrubbing the trailer and conditioning the roof, redoing the chalking and other stuff.  According to my Apple Watch, it was almost two hour workout.
