Howdy, happy Monday!  It's beautiful outside!!

I am stressed out about today and tomorrow.  I have a lot to do, deadlines and other urgent stuff, plus I will be in [away-from-home] meetings all evening and the entire day tomorrow (like 5am to at least 10pm).  Somehow I need to get enough work done before 3:30 today to satisfy everyone through Wednesday morning.  Client work plus monitoring / motivating my kids' school work.  I also need to figure out what to wear ("professional" clothes - nothing fits me kuz I normally don't go anywhere important), and how to eat [what to pack] with only 1 break tomorrow (lunch).  I need to review a lot of training materials in prep for tonight and tomorrow.  And how will I also get my 1 mile run + 3 mile walk in both days?

Done:

  • Caught up on calendar, emails, social media, news.
  • Coffee 1 in progress.
  • A little reading and the tiniest bit of housework.
  • Texted sister about her kids' birthday gift subscription.
  • Texted kids' trumpet teacher.

To do:

  • Lots of client work.  Reports, invoices, reviewing big documents, and other stuff.
  • Wake the kids up and make them do school work.
  • Run 1 mile, walk 3 miles.
  • Figure out how to get my work emails on my iphone.
  • Set out-of-office notification on my work email.
  • Review all the training materials for tonight & tomorrow.
  • Figure out what I'm wearing tomorrow.
  • Kids need to be at band gig at 4pm.  Remind friend to pick them up after.
  • Maybe buy packable food/snacks for tomorrow?
  • I need to be at my meeting at 5:30pm IIRC.  Not sure how long it will be, but probably at least 2.5 hours.
  • Try to go to bed early so I can get up ridiculously early.
  • Set about 50 alarms.
  • Whatever I'm forgetting.

Financial Aid application for ds' school for next year will be long and tedious. Need to set aside a whole morning for that soon.

Remind Ds to get things he's done checked off tonight at Scouts.

Check in with Dh about driving tomorrow.

Call mom

See if a student can shift his tutoring time for tomorrow.

AHG emails.

Everything is done, and dh and I watched an episode of Madam Secretary.

We discussed me possibly trying to sub in the local Christian schools as a way to see what it is like being in a classroom all day long. I think I should try that first before trying public school. You have to ease into things sometimes, right? LOL!

Both appointments were dine and both had bad news. Then dd2 told me she changed her cat's appt to tomorrow and not next week so I won't have my old kitty ( I adopted her but dd took her )"for a few more days and of course, won't see her next week too.  And now she is saying  she may not be here on Thanksgiving.

Tomorrow I go down on my diuretic med and my prednisone and I just hope I can still walk a little.

BSA training wouldn't load on my computer. Gave up.

Adjusted some settings on our kid-protective software.

Reminded Ds to finish his hw, but he hasn't. He didn't get his stuff checked off at Scouts and will be the last of his cohort to make 2nd Class. ADHD. He got $100 gift card to REI for being 2nd highest fundraiser.

Sent an email and texts to AHG families whose girls haven't finished their Joining requirements. Tomorrow is the deadline. Sigh.

A wearisome sort of day, all told. Need to get more exercise and sunshine tomorrow.

Time to read!
