I've heard of Andrew Pudewa's lecture on Teaching Boys Who Would Rather Be Building Forts and wanted to listen to it. So I searched for it and there are audios and podcasts and books and videos and and.

So, which one of these is the "real" one? Or the original one? Or your favorite one?

It was pretty popular. 😄 I remember listening to the audio of his talk when it was fairly new. It was a recording of him speaking at a homeschool convention. I haven't followed him closely so I don't know when the others came in.

This short 1-2 minute video explains what is in his talk of Teaching Boys and Other Children Who Would Rather Be Building Forts.

I believe the different versions are the same basic session talk, just given at different times at different conventions... or possibly the same talk, just in different formats:

- here is the DVD version for $10 -- 80 minutes, made in 2008
- here is the audio download version for $3 -- 80 minutes, made in 2008

The podcast version is free, is 1-hr.-14 min. and can be played from the page I linked, and was from a 2018 webinar of several speakers on various homeschool topics.

Sometimes it is linked for free in the catalog, but it is not in the 2020 magalog.  

it's a great talk if you can afford the $3 for the mp3
