Anyone heard of Landau Kleffler Syndrome

Working on a diagnosis and this is becoming a huge possibility......so just seeing if this community has had any experience.

I've taught kids with this as a possible diagnosis, and done some reading.

And the GRIN2A gene is also implicated in some other things.

Sounds like you're on the right track looking for genetic/global explanations that connect the complexities of what you're seeing. Are they giving you a referral to a geneticist? A children's hospital should be able to handle this.

We are with Kaiser an HMO and limited to what they are willing to do. Must always follow protocol or their flowchart.
