Puppy training pads recs

Here is what I want:

super absorbent 

does NOT have odor control

some kind of an attractant 

not very big something about 2ft sq would be just right. 
 

Everything Amazon is showing me is scented and huge and I’m not seeing anything on it that will attract a puppy to pee and poo on it.

My daughter just buys the case from Costco.  I never go through half of it.  But 2dpup house broke *really* fast.    I think 1dpup was held back by wet grass and his dainty feet. (he's a wuss.)

For places where he has accidents inside/or you don't want him going - Nature's Miracle.  best deoderizer.
