Can you put a little mirror up for her in the cage? I know nothing about birds, but I seem to remember seeing little mirrors and bird toys in pet stores. I have no idea if they are helpful or harmful for caged birds, but toys seem to be used for all kinds of animals - domestic pets, horses and animals in zoos.
