Online scrapbook type thing, free or cheap

Let me explain what I am doing, and maybe it will help with the suggestions.

I have to get some things ready for court.   This is for our foster child.   I have a lot of stuff to go through over the next few weeks, and rather than print them all out individually, I thought perhaps I could find an online scrapbook type website or software that would allow me to put in all the screenshots as photos and allow me to comment on them with dates/context info, etc....it would also allow me to not have to print out each one individually, and would allow me to share digitally as well as have it in a binder printout.

I don't want to create a book because I need to add to it and print as we go.   

So I need the ability to keep it online and print and keep both things going.   I would like the ability to print it in 8.5x11 if possible to save on paper/bulk.

Is there anything like this?

Could you just use a google document? You can insert screenshots, comment, and easily share from your drive.

Google doc or onenote. Google doc would be easier.

Google doc, print, put in cheap page protectors from the office supply section not scrapbook section, and a 3-ring binder.

You could either go digital (from your computer) or use the app (from your phone or mobile device) depending where you store the photos. It is soooo quick and easy. You can either just save the pages digitally or have them printed as you go. The quality is outstanding.

Thanks guys.   I will take a look.  I wasn't thinking about google docs.   Can you adjust the size of the pictures/screen shots in there?   I assume you can.    And I will look at Project Life as well.

I just don't have a lot of time for this, but I have to do it, so I will need to make the time.   But I need something that is stupid easy right now.

Could you just make a private facebook album? That might be the easiest thing. Add the photo and in the description write what you need to write?

Yes, you can easily adjust the size of images in Google Docs. If you're used to the annoyance of doing this in Word, you'll probably find it refreshing. Getting text to wrap properly can still take time. But if the goal is to stick something on a page, stick other images there too, add a little text... then it's easy.

If you have an iPad, I'll toss in that Notability is also really easy for this. You can stick and resize photos and screenshots with absolute intuitive ease. And you can put text wherever and move it really easily too.

I need to get it formatted to print in 8.5x11, I dont' think I have the ability to do that on FB.   And can you page them or is it just one big bunch of photos?

I haven't done it on anything yet.   I just have so many screenshots and need to organize them into pages and topics and dates

Oh, yeah, true.   How would I find out if Project Life is secure?  I will look and see what I can find.
