Here's my "but"

But, cats should be adopted no matter their name. [In jest, my DD suggested changing the name of one if her kitten fosters to Miranda Lambert to try to get her adopted.] I wish cats/kittens were as sought after right now as dogs!

Our shelter is so overrun with kittens that they are giving them away for free already fixed, microchipped and vaccinated. It is kitten season, for sure.
