If you have personal experience with this, tell me about it ( good or bad) for anxiety and depression.  It is being suggested for someone who was doing well with regular therapy, medications, exercise and life before covid.  If you would rather PM your experiences, I completely understand that.
 

Please no diet advice.

It's mentally taxing for some people. It was compared to taking a math exam.  It's a long time to focus.
