I'm wondering if anyone has made homemade flour from squash or zucchini. If you did, do you think it could be kept in the freezer? Do you know of other methods besides this one--maybe we could have a "best practices" thread if someone is interested.

I don't grow the stuff, but if I'm missing the boat on this, I am sure a farm market could help me out with some veg.
