*Jessica*
....because if you don’t eat you’ll die. So, basically, all food is good for you.” 😂 Hard to argue with that logic. Hot dogs for lunch! 1

Ali in OR
Hot dogs were a key source of protein when dd was on the ketogenic diet oh so many years ago. Protein and fat--need lots of fat for the keto diet. So no turkey franks--you want the full fat beef hot dogs. *Jessica*
They were Sahlen’s hotdogs, and I ate mine without a bun because I’m on a keto diet. I’ve never been a fan of beef hot dogs. This child is definitely good at arguing her case. She can often talk us into what she wants. I’m going to have to be really careful not to be outdone by her as she gets older!

I think this is the first year that she did not request mac and cheese for lunch. Instead, she wanted Pasta Roni parmesan noodles. Which, if you think about it, is still boxed macaroni and cheese, just a little more grown up. :) Edited August 6, 2020 by Junie
