I'm going to be doing a cortisol test, and have so far not taken any adrenal sups (and does that incl. b-vitamins?) for a week as I dont' want them to distort my results..  Last night - it started getting really hard, - but I had previously understood two weeks was recommended.  Thoughts?

My new ND had told me to avoid b-vitamins and biotin for a minimum of 4 days before doing my blood work.
