Homeschoolmom3 Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 Hey all, My nephew is really into art and wants to focus on animation and digital art. Does anyone know of any good programs out there for this? I am also looking for online or government programs that are low in cost or ones that you can apply for for free. Thanks for any advice, because I am clueless in this field. TIA! Quote
Caraway Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 The Animation Course is fabulous, but it is not free/low cost. https://www.theanimcourse.com/ Maybe Skillshare? Or Creative Live? https://www.creativelive.com/class/after-effects-beginners-jeff-foster/lessons/animation-basics https://www.skillshare.com/browse/animation Quote
LisaKinVA Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 Udemy has what looks like a number of good courses along these lines. 1 Quote
Murikbro Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 I would recommend you the most famous and proven animation and digital art programs. 3d max (Autodesk). This commercial animation software tool allows digital artists to create 3D animations, including designing models and converting them to 2D or 3D images. After Effects (Adobe). Digital artists can use this commercial tool to add visual effects and motion graphics to movies, TV, videos, online content, presentations, and more. I still use these apps when I create new Persian Calligraphy masterpieces. Quote
