4KookieKids
I have some kiddos who fall asleep really well (relatively speaking: it only takes 20-40 min to fall asleep vs 2-3 hrs without) to guided meditation / breathing podcasts for going to sleep, but I'm having a hard time finding one I really like. I don't need it to be Christian, per se, but I would like it to be compatible with Christianity (i.e. steers clear of things that are rooted in new age philosophies / eastern mysticism / etc). Anyone have suggestions?
fairfarmhand
Perhaps use the One Minute Pause? It's more of a prayer app but they have a 5 minute one and a 10 minute one.
LarlaB
Being In Him!!! They have an app and also CDs/albums for purchase. It is quite lovely and I’m a huge fan! The app can be customized for longer sections- like deep breathing etc. But I like the 30 minute flows so much! Available for purchase or download from their site- also they have the written text of the spoken word somewhere on their site. https://beinginhim.net/shop/

EmilyGF
I did one fall asleep meditation from Headspace (not Christian) but it was basically having you focus on relaxing and breathing. I would feel completely comfortable giving the one I did to my children. (That said, I found a different way to work on falling asleep that worked better for me.)

sassenach
The podcast Revelation Wellness has episodes called “Be Still and Be Loved” which are Christian guided meditation.
