very cool thing happened !

A reporter I contacted about a point in her story not only listened to my explanation as to why I felt it was inaccurate, she is changing the story immediately! AND thanked me!

AND when I mentioned a few other questions/issues with our numbers, she said she and the health reporter were going to look into it as part of their focus on COVID!

I felt heard! Amazing how nice that is! 

(also, she said, "you must be a doctor, you know a lot about this!" and I wanted to say, "nope, a homeschool mom with a whole HIVE of people to help inform me", lol. Instead I said I was just a former vet tech and a bit of a geek who believed in reading the fine print )🙂
