I see that some grammar is included, do I need a separate grammar?  Also, how many days per week is it scheduled?

It is usually scheduled for four days a week, though there are a few weeks where it is scheduled five days. I think it is also written up for 28 weeks, instead of 36, which allows for flexibility. It is pretty heavy on grammar at the beginning, but by the end, the focus is on writing and less on grammar. The forums have convinced me you don't need grammar every year, so I would say you definitely do not need a separate grammar. :-)
