We are renting a car because my kids are very uncomfortable after about an hour because ours is too small for all 3 and we plan to trade our car in (already should have but Covid is a thing) before our baby is born in September and the mileage from this trip knocks us into the next category with a $3,000 devaluation. lanabug Posted June 6, 2020 Share Posted June 6, 2020 (edited) If you are not picking up the car at an airport location, you should be okay with just a debit card at most rental companies. Airport rentals require you to either pay with a credit card or provide an itinerary (airline tickets or cruise).
