I have been annoyed by poorly fitting bras for years. I only rarely get the gumption up to go bra shopping, though, because it’s such a frustrating experience.

i have small books, and finding a good bookshelf for them is difficult.

I’ve measured myself, and been professionally measured (slightly before the pandemic - in February?) and got something like 28 C both times. At the brick and mortar stores I’ve been to, this size doesn’t seem to exist except in girl’s bras that are low quality. And then the band feels too tight.

i have decided I’m going to have to bite the bullet and shop online, and spend more than I’ve been used to spending to get something that fits and is good quality. But where?

I’ve looked at Pepper (thief sizes only go to B cup but measuring by their instructions gives me a different size which is a B) but other than that, have no idea where to look. Has anyone ordered from Pepper? What was your experience? Does anyone have other suggestions? I’m feeling very desperate.

If the band feels too tight you can try a “sister size” by going up one band size and down one cup size. So instead of a 28C look for a 30B.

I think I did that once, actually, just trying on to see what was comfortable. It’s still hard to find 30 band size out of the girl’s section, but this broadens the options a bit.
