Cheese is important. I’d rather have cheese than cake. We always keep these on hand:

cream cheese

parmesan

mozzarella

Extra sharp cheddar

pepper jack

feta
 

We tend to rotate these regularly:

port wine

almond swiss

swiss cheese

goat cheese

havarti dill

baby bell

ricotta

nacho

And then there are cheeses that I just grab occasionally when they catch my eye. 
 
seeing it all typed out it’s worse than I thought  I need to change my poll answer.  I voted 5-6  😂 I even forgot about the Costco-sized canister if Parmesan which we call “shaky cheese.” I’m hesitant to even count that, or the canned nacho cheese, as cheese.
