Horizons K Math Workbook Question

We recently started some kinder with my 5yo and it's my first time using Horizons math. In the student workbook, anywhere there are clocks, the clocks have no hands. These aren't exercises where the student is supposed to write in the hands, they are supposed to be reading different times or selecting the correct clock from a group of three or four times.

Is this a weird misprint? Has anyone else noticed this? I guess I can just draw them in, but this seems so odd.
