No more email notifications?

For the past couple of weeks or so I haven't been receiving email notifications for threads that I follow.  I always ask for daily updates, and all of a sudden I stopped receiving them.  

Actually it isn't a big deal.  I like coming to the website anyway to check for new and updated threads.  NVM.  😉

I have also suddenly stopped receiving email notifications.  It's probably been at least a month now.
