My daughter and I both begin a Paralegal course tommorow

Very excited! I worked as a Legal Secretary in my BC life. She wants a certification that will help her land a job now that teaching English in another country is well off the table.

it has occurred to me that of social distancing continues here there might be more courses available online and doable while homeschooling

The entire program is online. It is in two sections, but both sections are required for the certificate. Both sessions together run just three months. So we will be certified by mid-August. 🙂

The program operates through our community college, but the actual program is called The Center for Legal Studies. So maybe that will help your daughter find it if she is interested.

Good Luck! Have fun and enjoy learning many new things. I completed a paralegal certification course through National University years ago which was quite intensive and learned so much.
