FWIW, Swerve and monk fruit are different than stevia, which is a leafy plant. Many people can’t tolerate stevia for various reasons (including taste and digestive issues), but others have no problem with it. I haven’t used monk fruit yet, but Swerve is used as a 1:1 ratio as sugar. We find it a bit less sweet in a finished product. I’ve heard monk fruit is also very easy to substitute.
