Mommaof5 Posted April 23, 2020 Posted April 23, 2020 Can anyone who has used the RWFP online courses give feedback on how it went? I am particularly interested in the language art classes taught by MCT himself, as well as the math classes. Thank you in advance for your feedback! Quote
knitgrl Posted April 25, 2020 Posted April 25, 2020 I haven't used any of the courses, but I did see MCT at a homeschool convention last year. He is an older gentleman, somewhat opinionated on certain things, but loves, loves, loves poetry. Taking his workshop was like a mini poetry course, and he totally convinced me of buying the Music of the Hemispheres, which is pricey for me. We will be using at Morning Time this coming year. Mostly I am commenting to give a bump, because I am curious, too. Quote
daijobu Posted April 26, 2020 Posted April 26, 2020 One year he offered a "class" over the summer where a student could submit 4 papers for evaluation. I wanted my kids assessed by a writing teacher who wasn't me, so I asked him if I could submit 2 papers that my 2 kids each had written the previous year, just so I could see how they were doing. He was totally fine with that. It was 4 papers either way, but was grateful he could be flexible about it, and I received reassuring feedback from him. Quote
