How to contact the IRS now?

Soooo my mom sent her tax return to the wrong address. She went online and all the IRS customer services lines are closed. Is there a way to contact them that's not by phone? I tried looking around the IRS site and wasn't successful. Any ideas?

Thanks. She called the automated line and they don't have a record of her return, so I guess she has to re-do it... just wish she could talk to an actual human!

oh my - I misread your original email.  I misunderstood and thought your mom put her wrong address, not that she mailed it to the wrong IRS address.

She should probably freeze her credit now asap. There's enough info in the returns to use for identity theft.

Glad your mom caught the error. Hopefully she made a copy of it somewhere so it's easy to redo.
