  • farrier visit this morning - not sure what time yet
  • text hay guys

Good morning! It is a lovely sunny morning here. Dh left for his "commute." He is biking to work and back every morning- seems to get his mood sorted and provide a start to the day. I have roses to plant and a few weeds to pull- so I will be out in the sun all morning.

  • coffee/paper
  • check bills/paperwork
  • send some emails
  • out to plant 5 roses
  • shower
  • go over school and stuff with dd2
  • school with ds3
  • general clean-up/laundry
  • dh is making dinner

Have a great day!

It it fun to see the pics, Selkie!

Quiet morning here. Ds is in SB and won't be up for a while. Dh and  Dd are working. My blood sugar was up today for no obvious reason. I ate low carb and got a reasonable amount of exercise yesterday. Argh!

  • Pick up raw milk
  • Trader Joe's
  • AHG things
  • Tutoring prep
  • Walk at nearby park
  • Read
  • Electronic chores. Several things in my inbox require attentionOne thing left to do, but waiting on a login code to do that.
  • Dinner is lettuce wraps and pot stickers.
  • Watch a movie tonight? Got Little Women from the Redbox.

Good morning!

Beautiful, Selkie!

Ds had a meltdown last night. It was over the writing assignment, but ultimately, it's about this current situation. He did this last week, too. I think he has to let all the emotions out once in a while instead of holding it all in.  The writing class is actually a level that's pushing him a lot, so I sort of expected some push back even without this.

Today:

  • lunch and dinner
  • tutor 1 student
  • school with ds
  • tidy house
  • pay bills/update checking records
  • work on SAT/ACT prep

Happy Wednesday!

Done:

  • Internetting in the wee hours.
  • Slept OK - ignored my alarms until I heard the garbage truck.
  • Took out the garbage.
  • Swept the floor because I was a klutz while taking out the garbage.
  • Coffees 1 & 2.
  • Woke the kids & got them started with online school.
  • Caught up with emails, news, calendar, electronic school stuff, and social media.

To do:

  • Lots of client work.
  • A little reading & cleaning.
  • Yoga, TKD practice, walking.  Would like to participate in onine TKD class if feasible (it overlaps with kid's therapy though).
  • Kid's online therapy.
  • Catch up on laundry.
  • Pay bills etc.
  • Make kids complete online work, exercise, music practice, house chores.
  • Whatever else gets done.

Standing in line to get into Trader Joe's. Everyone is at least 12-15 ft apart. Looks to be about a 20 minute wait. At least the store will not be crowded!

Washed, dried, and put away dishes, knives and pans.

Wiped down counters, stove and microwave.

Disinfected the CPap

Disinfected the toothbrushes

A lot of disinfecting going on here. . .     I am finally well after six weeks and while I was cleaning during those six weeks, I'm doing extra disinfecting (the kind where things are actually soaked for 30 minutes in solution - not just a wipe down) so that hopefully I can stay well.

I just spent about half an hour disinfecting three days' worth of mail and packages out in the garage. Ugh, what a pain. We get loads of mail because of work, so it takes a while.

The farrier was here and was able to open up the abscess so it will drain better. We were all celebrating.🙂That was the most stubborn abscess I've ever dealt with.

Cleaned the kitchen, watered plants, did a load of laundry. Put towels away.

Ds21 and I went out to do horse chores and the wind picked up like crazy and it started pouring on us. Then the sun came out while it was still pouring, and then it stopped as suddenly as it had started.

Hi, y'all! Been hiding out lately; this whole everything is just getting to me. I feel better today -- my sweet DH has cooked the last many days and I have finally reached the point in the school year where both classes are done with their regular science and so I'm doing one science lesson for both (and just pure fun stuff) and also finally hit a groove on getting things done early in the week and not feeling swamped/overwhelmed/drowning all.week.long. with so.much.to.do.

So, today I have:
...finished the audio on my school stuff, so now everything is done for this week except make the actual videos, which is Saturday's job
...did school with DS
...lunch
...checked on my mom
...napped
...some business emails

Today I still need to:
...mail a few things
...sew our masks for us
...make the "Shadow Theater" (box) and do that video; maybe do the story as well & that video (this will be while DS is at Youth Group Zoom and the other boys video game)
...dinner: DH is making breakfast tacos
...put away the folded laundry that's waiting, run some more laundry

I placed a Schwan's order for some food for the kids and frozen fruits and veggies. Almost everything I wanted was sold out, but might be back in stock by my delivery date next week. We'll see! Also ordered bread from Angelic Bakehouse.

Read the local papers to dh while he worked.

Now, it's raining like a banshee again. Hope it stops before chore time!

Made the coleslaw for dinner and started the lentils and potatoes.

Going to do kitty chores (wash bowls, feed, clean litter box) and then feed horses and do one last foot soak.

Then finish up dinner...
