We've been walking the dogs.....

We've also been driving out and renting movies at Redbox and bringing them home to watch.

A friend posted that she & her DH & dd went, got take-out, drove & sat in their car at a park to eat it while enjoying the view; my DH has contemplated whether a picnic would be breaking the rules or not. Heck, at this point, maybe one in our own backyard at least.

Community members in one small town I know of are coordinating to put things in windows--like a big cutout of a heart-- so families can walk around and kids can try and spot them. They plan to change the theme every week.

I love this! ❤️

We take walks in our neighbourhood, go for hikes, we’ll go to the beach when it’s not too cold (Maine beaches aren’t anything like Florida’s—we’ll definitely be far away from anyone else!).

Running has been a huge stress release for me. Whenever another runner, cyclist or walker passes by now, we always wave and smile (optional before). It’s the little connections that we all are going to need.

I love the idea of picnics where it’s warm enough.

Looking forward to hearing other ideas. This is going to get hard.

We have been walking and hiking in large city parks (3000 acres of woods and trails, nit a playground type park.).

Yardwork

Walk the dog

Drive aound and listen to an audiobook

Drive around and play the alphabet game or highway bingo, as if you were on a trip.

Walking the dog

Driving to wooded hiking trails - there are several in the area, so I've been going to different ones for variety

Driveway basketball/hockey

Soon it will be warm enough and no ice, so we can get out the bikes

I've seen some families letting their younger children ride bikes/scooters on the front driveway
