Regan Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Last April, I used intermittent fasting and lost 40 pounds over a month. I was feeling super confident and it was really easy for me. About three months later I was diagnosed with telogen effluvium. This is a condition where you shed more hair than normal due to a stress in your life such as rapid weight loss. Since the telogen effluvium, I have gained a little weight back, approximately 10 pounds to be specific. I wanted to do a three day fast but would this stress my body too much? The reason I’m having troubles losing weight again is because I would hate to get telogen effluvium again. Any feedback would be great thanks!! Quote
