Unbleached flour, never opened, has been sitting in a plastic bucket with a lid. The actual package is a paper flour sack.

Got missed in other cupboard purges and a move.

Unless it got wet or has bugs in it or smells bad, absolutely. You don't eat it raw anyway. You bake it at high temp. And if the first bake tastes off, don't use the rest.
