Yes. I believe deliveries like amazon and ups are allowed.

Nonessential traveling is not allowed. For instance, I have a kid who I consider my 4th "child" over today, but I have to take her home today and not tomorrow.

My "5th child" is supposed to come over this weekend. I still want her to come.

I know that Hardware Stores are open during this time in NorCal. I am wondering if we are allowed to purchase only "essential" supplies while there or if we could buy other things as well while we are there for essential supplies. I am about to go there this week to buy some drain cleaner (which seems to fit the category) and was wondering if it is the responsible thing to do to pick up a couple of rubbermaid totes while I am there.

I'm sure it's fine to pick up other things besides essentials.
