Current events journaling AKA, "plague journaling"

Recommended Posts

Saw this tweet this morning about starting a journal to detail how we get through this period of time.

There was a book made from the journal of a woman in England during WWII called "Nella Last's War" that I've just requested from the library. I'm not much of a journaler, but I'm going to start one today. I may ask my DH & kids to add to it, as well. It will give us something to do!

Yes! I will be hand journaling, and I’ve encouraged my teen to create a vlog-type record. I think it will be important. Teen, however, may not be ready to engage quite yet, still coming to terms with all this social distancing.

This is a neat idea. I probably won't do it, but I like it!  I will mention to my kids. My historian might enjoy it.  🙂

I like it. I might give it a try. I saw this as an assignment a teacher gave students while school was out. It would be a good writing assignment if you have kids following along.
