  • Supposed to deal with the electrician, but he seems to be MIA?

  • Kids' homework, music practice, hopefully some scout work.
  • Whatever else gets done.

Good morning!

Today, so far I have already:
....had coffee
....folded one load of laundry
....started a load of laundry
.....sent DH and DS out the door on time
....found DS14's next science book, which his teacher just emailed they need starting tomorrow
....eating/ate breakfast and watching project runway and going to cut the remaining triangles for the quilt blocks

After that, I need to:
....do science with DS
....take DS to fencing (taking both boys so 19 yr old can "watch" 14 yr old so 14 yr old won't feel so weird being there "alone")
....pick up DS22, return to fencing to pick up/finish watching DS14
....fold another load of laundry that's in the dryer right now
....put the clothes from the washer into the dryer, hang those up when done
....figure out dinner.....we're watching the Mr. Rogers movie tonight and I'm trying to think of a food to help celebrate that
....more cutting/sewing if there's time
....watch the Mr. Rogers movie

Something vegetarian! Mr. Rogers was a vegetarian and said he didn't want to eat anything that had a mother.🙂

Yep, I haven’t seen it yet but I believe his vegetarianism is mentioned in the movie.

Load #1 in the washing machine

Washed, dried and put away dishes, knives and pans.

Wiped down counters, stove and microwave.

Just remembered what I was forgetting to add to the list last night -  watering my Dad's death plant.  Going to do that right now.

Got all the laundry folded & put away except the final load currently (still) waiting in the dryer.

Came up with a vegetarian dinner -- gnocchi, with broccoli, garbanzo beans & sweet mini peppers, in a bechamel/cheese sauce -- I used parmesan, mozzerella, swiss & cheddar. YUM. So glad we learned that tidbit before the movie; the whole family said "Oh, I'd eat this again!" (they are all mostly meat eaters, so.....) YUM!

Added up all the miles from the driving.....111 miles; I was on the road from 12:05 to 3:15, with a 20 minute break and a 10 minute break in there. Point A to Point B to Point C back to Point B and back to Point A. This will be my new Tuesday for a while, so the lesson I learned.....take the mornings easy, because I was *tired* having done so much other stuff before hitting the road.

Watched the movie with the kids who are not familiar with Mister Rogers really.....it was SO GOOD!! I loved it. He had a quote in the movie -- anything human is mentionable, and anything mentionable, is manageable. That really resonated with everyone, and was a huge encouragement for me in our current everything.
