Lack of Oxford comma on Brexit coin

Did anyone see the news story about the Twitter comments because the Oxford comma is missing from the Brexit commemorative coin? It says "Peace, prosperity and friendship with all nations." People are tweeting things like it "should be boycotted by all literate people". 😂 I'm personally a fan of the Oxford comma, but it's kind of funny that people are making such a big deal about it.

Many Brits of my generation were specifically taught to avoid it apart from in very specific circumstances, so I would not have used one either. It's not necessarily an error.
