If you make the famous WTM baked oatmeal, and if you've made two 9x13 pans of it at the same time, how much did it increase the cooking time? 

We don't have a convection oven, and I'm making two batches to take to Sunday School in the morning. I feel it will take more time, but I don't know how much more.
