Carrie12345 Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 We only have two carpeted rooms left. Well, 3, but we have the replacement flooring for the 3rd, so I don’t really care if it stays dirty for a couple of weeks. Otherwise, it’s just the master bedroom and boys’ room. I have a low end Hoover carpet cleaner that does a great job, but lacks any accessories. That’s fine for my bedroom and was fine for the living room, but my boys manage to filth up their carpet all the way to the baseboard... where the carpet cleaner doesn’t reach!!! So, what’s the best way to manually clean the wall edge of the carpet? I want to get the gunk out, not just drown it deeper into the pile and padding, but I’m kind of stumped. The last time I did a major cleaning in there, I had a carpet cleaner with crevice tools. I’m not interested in upgrading my cleaner over one wall! Quote
Amy in NH Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 Pull off the baseboard, clean the carpet, and then put the baseboard back on? Quote
