New IP for Christmas and fast ? - how many lbs dry beans in 6qt?

Running out the door and can’t find this answer fast on google.  Just got a 6 qt IP.  Could I do 2 lbs dry beans in it for use later or is 1 lb the max?  THANKS!

Beans can froth up quite high when you release. I'd go easy to start with.

I think it's 1 lb for the 6 quart and 2 lbs for the 8 qt.
