Terabith Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 I ordered my oldest, who is seriously depressed right now, a Christmas present from Teepublic on Cyber Monday. I got an email saying it was delivered. I just realized I do not have it. It was a main gift. Only other biggish gift was a gift certificate to a sensory deprivation tank. It's too late to reorder and have it delivered for Christmas, and it would cost double what I originally paid for it. My kid is depressed, and I have nothing for her to open on Christmas. Quote
Terabith Posted December 20, 2019 Author Posted December 20, 2019 I don't know how. And it's too late anyway. Quote

Definitely contact the company and see what they can do. This happened to me once and the company overnighted the gift to me. Edited December 20, 2019 by Just Kate 6 Quote
happi duck Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 I'm so sorry! (For me, the one thing that hasn't shipped yet was ordered in November and is for my depressed dd.) I agree to contact them. Part of their product is getting it to you. Quote
Terabith Posted December 20, 2019 Author Posted December 20, 2019 Their response was, “You should check with your neighbors.” Quote
happi duck Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 I would just say the neighbors don't have it. They hired a delivery service to deliver their product and they should take care of it. It shouldn't be on you to track it down. 2 Quote
PeterPan Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 Whatever company delivered it has the coordinates of the place they delivered it to. When they scan to mark the package as delivered, it makes coordinates. So that's one thing you can do is find out who shipped it. Amazon even makes pictures now when they deliver. USPS will give you the coordinates and you put it in an app to track it down. You'd be amazed, but people will get a package that isn't theirs and just sit on it. But yes, you should file a claim as it never having been delivered and have them resend it. Quote
Terabith Posted December 20, 2019 Author Posted December 20, 2019 My husband found it. Apparently he had brought it in and put it in his closet. 29 Quote

KungFuPanda Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 You win! I once only found a package because the delivery guy photographed where he put it. It was in a corner of my carport rather than my front stoop where most people put stuff. I guess he was trying to keep it safe. I was glad for the photo. 1 Quote
