ProudGrandma Posted December 14, 2019 Posted December 14, 2019 Monday, I left 2 blocks of cream cheese (sealed and unopened) on my kitchen countertop from about 1-5. The room was about 67 degrees. When I noticed about 5, I promptly put them in the fridge. I wanted to use them tonight in a hot cheese dip. Are they safe? Would you use them? Quote
