fivedozen
Looking for Jr. & High School Science curriculum recommendations for a gifted child who wants to either become a scientist or mathematician. Would like curriculum to be biblically sound and heavy on the math. Any recommendations?
lewelma
Please define biblically sound, as there will be a lot of different opinions on that. That said, I would suggest easy college textbooks over any jr high/high school textbooks. My favorites: College Physics by Knight et al Earth Science by Tarbuck et al Chemistry by Chang Biology: The Unity and Diversity of Life by Taggart et al.
MamaSprout
Agree. We haven't used anything produced for the homeschool market for science since elementary school, and that was Sonlight's kits bought second-hand and Nebel's books.
