smileyme Posted October 21, 2019 Share Posted October 21, 2019 7'th grader gets A on Viola but wants to be at the advanced levels. Most of her peers have tutors, I cannot afford one currently. She practices for 1-2 hours a day. Wanted to get suggestions on how she can get to advanced levels by self learning? She was told by her school music teacher that she is good enough, but the higher classes are currently full and have no slot. Suggested she keep practicing and she may be moved up next year.
