His Dr. recommended him to take this (2 caps twice a day) for urology reasons. I've been reading about it and there are supposedly few side effects. Anyone have problems taking it? It's supposed to help break down excess histamine rather than only block it the way an antihistamine does. Jean, do you think 2 capsules 2 x a day is too much? I'm not reading anything that would make it a bad thing. He is on medications though...
