apologetics for kids

Recommended Posts

Doesn't help for the youngers, but I had my dd reading the books by Nancy Pearcey in high school. Before that we did cult and modern religion studies using books suggested by TOG. I just read through each chapter ahead and made study guides. I think I also had her work through a curriculum I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist. She was telling me last night that she feels like she had room to question and grow and THINK HARD in a way that maybe some of her peers at her christian university are just starting to do. So it's not exactly apologetics, but it's that same idea of thinking hard, examining other viewpoints and hard questions and realizing your beliefs stand up to scrutiny.

Apologetics Press has a free curriculum which works for multiple ages. You have to sign up with your email, but it is completely free. I have only looked at it and not used it. http://www.apcurriculum.com/index1.asp

Thanks. I have seen this site. I just can't wrap my head around it. And I can't remember my password!

8 - 12 yo is great!

Which book are u starting with?

It looks like the order would be: 1.Cold Case Christianity 2. God's Crime Scene for kids 3. Forensic Faith so that's what I'm doing.
