I need a professional-looking tote bag that has the following: navy blue (prefer dark navy rather than lighter almost royal blue) real leather zipper top to keep things inside must hold a 3-inch, 3-ring binder (approx 11.5”x11.5”x4”) Open area - no center laptop sleeve Straps long enough to wear on my shoulder less than $350 (prefer less than that, but will pay more to get what I want). If you are bored and want to look, or know of something that would fit, links would be hugely appreciated!!!!!
