LisaKinVA
I think I'm opting out of Friday...well, I'd like to any how. Laundry Clean & Pack (we have people coming to buy furniture, so I kind of have to keep packing). Help DD with some college follow-up emails (proof read, help prioritize -- she has to write them, poor girl). Follow up with kids on school and chores. I already made lunch, and planned the weekend meals, and sent the shopping list to my husband...pray with me that he doesn't bring home DOUBLE the items we need. Spending time on my knees right now. We have two weeks to either get our rental approved or go through the pre-approval process on a mortgage and buy based upon what we can see online (a realtor would walk through the 4 properties for us on FB live feed, but still... I won't have seen it/walked through it/opened everything, etc.)

Selkie
Back from town. FIL is very out of it this morning, and I will need to check back on him and his caretaker this afternoon. It is another gray, cold, and miserable day here. I sent the dogs out in the back yard anyway because they are being overly obnoxious. Farrier appt. has been put off until next week.

SKL
Friday! Another week of school mornings is behind us!! Done: In the wee hours, I reviewed my draft will / trust / POA documents. Bought tickets to see the Phantom of the Opera this weekend!! Slept somewhere between 4 & 5 hours. Kids up & off to the school bus, barely on time again. They had to take board games to play with seniors at a nursing home. (That is their half-day field trip. They will play bells and then play games with the residents. How come we never did that as kids?) Cleaned kitchen, bathrooms, and some clutter. Fed the critters. Caught up on emails, social media, news. Some e-filing and minor emails. Had a client conference call - ugh! It went fine though. A little bit of other work. To do: Plenty of other work, but most of it is not a mega deadline. (Unless I'm forgetting something!) A little reading, exercise, housework. Might get motivated to do some laundry. Pay bills. Should make those health appointments I keep forgetting about. Pick 3 kids up from bowling at 4:30. Pick 1 kid up from aftercare. Kids to Panda Express and then B. A. Sweeties (ice cream place) for a friend hang-out. Drop friends off at their homes. Watch a show? Read-aloud? Figure out what we're doing tomorrow. I think Kid 2 to horse riding, both kids to TKD, ??? [they have a museum exhibit on fossils I am considering], go for a run?, homework, confirmation test, see classmate's theater production, showers, bed ... can we get all that done? Whatever I'm forgetting. Whatever else gets done.

Kidlit
I have a headache, which I thought was dehydration related. I’ve had about 30 Oz of water already and it’s worse, so now I don’t know. Ugh.

Jean in Newcastle
Didn't push school hard after yesterday. But algebra was done and graded. Geometry was done and graded. World History was done and graded. Japanese was done. Chemistry and Literature was tabled until next week. Had a puppy playdate for my poor neglected puppy who hasn't gotten enough exercise lately due to my flares and dd's health issues. Filed and paid my taxes.
Selkie
Got a little bit done around the house. Checked on FIL again. Dh got the application process started for the nursing home in town. Dh's siblings (who both live hundreds of miles away) want to put FIL in a home that is new and fancy, but an hour away from where we live - so we would only be able to see him once or twice a week. Dh is putting his foot down and refusing. The nursing home in town has an excellent reputation and is highly recommended by FIL's doctor, and we would be able to visit him every day and keep an eye on the care he is receiving. Dealing with dh's family is beyond frustrating. Dh is the only one with common sense...I swear he was switched at birth. Dh, dd, and I went out to lunch. Did a little clothes shopping w/dd. Got groceries. Resisted the urge to stop at the greenhouse and buy houseplants. Came home and put away groceries. Made plans for tomorrow with the boys. Dd and I went out in the wild wind to feed the horses. Now it's time to scrub buckets, feed the dogs and cats, let dd's pony out of his stall, and collapse on the couch.😴 2

mom31257
Scout, I'm sorry you are feeling rough! Selkie, I'm sorry you are dealing with disagreeable relatives! Jean, I filed our taxes tonight, too. How was it compared to last year? Our income was actually slightly less than last year; however, our total liablity increased $1300 between federal and state. And ds turns 17 next year! Edited April 13, 2019 by mom31257 2
