With all the data breaches recently I thought this was interesting. I'm not sure I agree that law enforcement shouldn't be able to utilize facebook posts, but aggregated data can be very misleading.

From what I understand, they will be able to but they will need a warrant.  I think that's a good thing.  To flip it, I'm not sure I agree that other states should allow police departments to mine data without a warrant. There will still be accessibility in case of an emergency, but putting the onus on the law to prove probable cause is a step in the right direction.
