It's available for free, though the site we got it from originally seems to be down and you have to search google by year (it's grades 2-8). It does not have rules. Our other option is now defunct, too: Spell By Color. It was rule based, so if you can find a copy of that you'd probably enjoy it. Very similar to SYS.
